In the beginning:
We will assign each of our clients a password allowing them 24/7 online access to their personal "Client Log-In" section. Within this section you can review, comment, receive status updates or sign-off on any of your design, print or website projects.

During the design process:
Within your "Client Log-In" section, each of your projects will be assigned an "upload planning schedule". This planning schedule informs you of your file upload times. Once a file has been uploaded, you are able to view it online.

You also have the option of downloading PDF files of your designs to your computer. You may wish to save them to disk or print them out as hardcopies for your records.

Achieving final sign-offs:
To move forward through your initial design concepts and achieve final print or web ready files, client sign-offs are essential. Sign-offs guarantee that the designer and client are clear on the design direction throughout the project. This ensures that time sensative projects will be completed promptly and all content within the design is correct.

Print Ready Files:
We will find the right print or finishing house to handle your job. Each design is unique due to your specified print quantities, colour(s), paper, print dimensions and finish (die scoring, lamination, coating, perforations, die cut, binding, etc.). These variables dictate the correct production method(s) that should be implemented to complete your job. We have vast production resources in place to ensure your job is handled professionally and at the highest production standards.
We will oversee the entire production process by attending all press approvals and unexpected demands.
We will archive all final artwork files and any other digital files associated with each client project.
We will handle all deliveries, across North America, air or ground.

Web Ready Files:
All web ready files will be uploaded via the Internet to our hosting company.
We will archive all final artwork files and any other digital files associated with each client project.
